Hello Singaporean people! ;DD
Right now, yes now, its about 9.12 am in Copenhagen! Temperature = -4 degrees. And the best thing is that there's SNOW OMG. But, this is nothing compared to what I will be experiencing later in Kiruna, Sweden.
...
...
...
ITS MINUS 20 DEGREES OOHLALA! I have never been to a country as cold as this before!!! I really hope I don't get frostbite. ö You know, when my parents first told me that we were going to Sweden for holiday, I was like stunned. Hello, its minus 20 degrees okay. Even japan wasn't this cold! ö
So anyway, Im in Copenhagen now as mentioned earlier. Staying here for 2-3 hours cause we are in transit (: I think, in about 1&1/2hours time, we'll be boarding another plane that will take us to Stockholm where we will be staying for 1 night. ;DD And then, we will take another plane flight to KIRUNA :DD where we will stay for 5 nights (I think?) and go see the Northern Lights if we're lucky. And there'll be a whole lot of other activities like visiting the ice hotel and feeding reindeers and slegding etc...
Im just finished my cup noodles ;DD OISHI.
-okay that was irrelevant but nevermind.-
The plane flight there was 13 hours. I almost died. Slept for about half the ride, watched 'The Nightmare before Chrismas' and Shrek 3 on my brother's and my PSP (: Didn't eat supper, cos I wasn't hungry and also partly becuase I was sleeping comfortably in the seat. Okay, Im going to fb now ;DD so bye bye people and konbanwa!( for you'll, not me haha)
;D

OH MAN. WHY DO I HAVE TO WEAR SPECS?!
I have finally broken the tradition of not wearing specs in my family.
WHYYYYYY!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Aww man. Im pretty pissed off now.
I mean, I haven't been wearing specs for like 12 years, 12 months and 18 days and now Im made to wear them. PHOOEY. sjfksdjf wefdlksdfo wielfksmd;lskdfj mw;ods sorry.
I just went for my 2nd eye check up in 2 weeks today and obviously the results weren't good if not I won't be venting my anger on my keyboard now. The Saturday before the last was the day when I had my first check-up this year.. The optomologist said that my eyes were kind of tired, and hence the results might not have been accurate.
That's why I ended up in the eye centre again this morning... Apparently, everything else is perfectly fine, just that I am a teeny weeny bit short-sighted. Not for my right eye though. My degree is 25 and 100 for the right and left eye respectively okay. I don't actually believe my degree for the right eye is that high.. even my doctor was amused and a little worried in fact. I mean, how can 1 eye be 25 and the other 100! That's 3 times difference if you talk in terms of models in Maths. Haha :P surprisingly, I can still joke around uhh. ><
Wearing specs is a HUGE disadvantage you know. ): First, it is dangerous for sb wearing specs to run around because once she falls down, her lenses might crack and there's a high chance of getting hurt. UNFORTUNATELY, Im a person who loves to run around and have fun, which means I have to take extra precaution. Second, when you eat hot food, the lenses will fog up --> spend time cleaning it or something. Third, the lenses will always fog up after you get out of an air-conditioned car and there's a very high chance of you bumping into smth or somebody.(sadly, ill probably damage someone's bones because ill be running around and crashing into everything. My behaviour = my natural character - too hyper.
-Yes, so anyway I can't do anything about it.-
PHOOEY.
okay, short post, going to drown myself in solace now. haha kidding, okay Im gonna watch tv now then :D
Bye and Bonsoir! (heh yay my dad told me how to say goodnight in french! (:)
So byeee <3

Doesn't it feel great to become a sec 2? (: Sec 1 life was kinda boring, and with everyone other than your level older than you, it isn't pleasant, let me tell you.
You don't realise how triumphant Im feeling right now. A sense of pride and achievement. For surviving sec 1. (: That'll sound silly to a senior. They'll probably say " hahaha, wait till she gets to sec 3!" yeah, I know, a long way more, let's just deal with sec 2 first, shant we?
If you are my friend, you might know that I am very eager to meet the new sec 1s next year! hehe, partly because Ill get to snigger at the sec 1s apprehensive expression. Yes, I say that I was like that as well at the beginning of the year but who can resist laughing at the sec 1s? :P whoops. Okay anyway, Im really excited to meet them and to welcome them into RGS! Being a PSL, I have to carry out my duty well and take care of the sec 1s like how my PSLS took care of me and aided me in my first year in RGS (:
Speaking of PSB, Im ecstatic that I got into this awesome board! Its a once-in-a-lifetime-in-RGS opportunity to lead and serve my school to the best of my abilty. During selection camp, I must admit, I never really thought of myself becoming a PSL. I mean, this is a very very important position and requires alot of commitment. Thus, you could imagine my expression when one of the SPSLs mentioned my name as she went through the list of names of the people accepted into PSB. Christina and I were over the moon, and im not exaggerating okay! (:
Well, now that Im a part of the flesh and blood of PSB, I promise that I will be a true PEER SUPPORT LEADER and offer my friends support whenever they might need it. Oh yes, Im in T&D, which stands for training and development. That wasn't my first choice actually.. and I dont know any of the people in the T&D team. But, looking on the bright side, I'll be able to widen my circle of friends and that's just great! (: I love mixing around with other people, it brings me joy and suits my talkative and cheerful disposition i guess. (:
The PSB formal uniform looks very formal indeed. Long-sleeve white blouse + dark blue vest + skirt. Not too bad actually, it feels very grand to be donning a "business-like" attire :D hehehe, don't worry, I don't like PSB just because the uniform makes me look business-like (:
So, back to thinking of sec 2 life now...
Sec 2 is a totally different life from sec 1. Harder and tougher work = stress overload(unless you're good at managing your time well and im not good at that ): ) = more of burning the midnight oil... (of course there are others which I shall not mention now because I dont want to end up having a nightmare about sec 2 tonight.)
Sec 1 life = Honeymoon life --> what most people say
Sec 2 life = a life that is obviously harder than sec 1 and if you want to survive, you'll have to believe in the idiom "when the going gets tough, the tough gets going!" Ill have to think of another more profound one to use in sec 4.. (shant think about it now ): *shivers*)
I haven't decided what combination I want to take in sec 3. Most of my guitar seniors took trip science and history. But the fact is that I dont like Physics! ): I did really badly for my year-end exam okay. I had fun with chem, and 80% most probably came from my teacher. :D She's so funny, although she can be very fierce, and I think everyone enjoyed her lessons very much(: I'll start Bio next year. Feeling excited cos we'll get to dissect revolting, disgusting stuff :D, and a little apprehensive too cause I'll have to memorise tons of stuff and do a million drawings, which I am horrible at.
My hand just doesn't seem to listen to my command.
Anyway, I shall get that out of my mind for now, if not I'll end up having a nervous breakdown during the holidays and that isn't pleasant at all. Holidays are meant for relaxation so I'll try to unwind and get my brain ready for next year i guess... sigh.
So, its 12.22am now, I like this number, it's got so many 2s hehe. Okay, I guess I should go to sleep now if not tomorrow I'll end up waking up at 12 noon when the sun decides to burn my butt. (x
1)Selemat malam!
2)Oyasuminasai!
3)Goodnight!
4)Wan an!
5)(I forgot how to say goodnight in french heh sorry)
Okay, so I shall choose Oyasuminasai again!

Random stuff. :D
Did I mention that yesterday was Lidia's birthday? :D Anyway, if I didn't, Im mentioning it now. So, she turned 15 yesterday and Im still a pathetic 13. My classmate's birthday is on 11th of January. How great can that get? I mean in the first week of school, youre older than everyone else in your class!
Actually, its also good sometimes to be younger than your peers because if they do better than you in any exam or PT or whatever, you can say that they had an extra ____ months to gain more knowledge, hence their better results in school :D Awesome right? (:
Its okay if you think Im retarded. -I actually am-
Yes, I realised I haven't blogged about my Japan trip yet! (: All in all, it was amazingly fun and I found that I had become a lot closer to my seniors! Isn't that just great?
To be frank, the part I liked most about this trip was staying in the hotel rooms :D Sharon and I had so much fun making up songs for the seniors in the hotel rooms in Tsu city (:
Here is a list of the people we made our songs for: (they're all seniors) <3
1) Lidia -2
2) Jane -1
3) Maria -1
4) Maddy -1
5) Sandra -1
6) Jiahui -2
7) Toilet -2 (we made this using the tune of the graduation song, its kinda sick, if you want to see it, I'll write it down in another post)
8) Mr Chua -1
9) Zirei -1 (we're still trying to complete this one. No worries.(: )
10) Mary -1
11) Julia -1 ( La Cumparsita tune :D its actually just singing her name repeatedly throughout the whole song :P sorry but our imagination and vocab isn't as amazing as you think it is.)
Oh there was an onsen in the Kyoto hotel! Ms Seah said that we could go and try but obviously, we didnt go because we have to go in naked and .... (yes, you guessed it, we're too mature (physically) and hence embarrassed to go in there and show ourselves.) But we teens are just too curious, and so my roommates and I went to check it out.
When we got there, we were disappointed that we couldn't look inside but we didn't have to wait long. Just as we were about to go back, an old woman and man, presumably a couple, emerged from the lift and walked towards the onsen. :D we were like "omg, lets go see!" and so we were all standing beside the doors of the onsen and when the old lady opened the door with her card, we were like "ooh, ah!" until somebody said, " I dont think we should be doing this, it looks very wrong you know. Looking into an onsen with our eyes wide open. People will think we're trying to spy on their bodies." So to prevent any misunderstanding, we all just laughed and went back to the room (: HAHAHA.
I grew a lot closer to my seniors and batchmates :) Most satisfying of all, I am more bonded with my sec 4 seniors, Maria, Maddy, and Jane! :D Since they're graduating this year, I decided to take this opportunity to get to know them better. And I did (:
Maria <3: She's so pretty! I think she'll have many stalkers in JC! O: hehe kidding.. She's funny, cheerful, fun to be with and I love her (: Impretty very sad she's leaving ):
Maddy (: : I always thought of her to be very timid, judging from her appearance and the way she behaved in guitar always made me think she was the shy sort. But on the phone with her in Tsu, I discovered that she was actually quite talkative and humorous! (: Yeah and her eyes are so big, bigger than Fuzhou fishballs (you know the one that's stuffed with meat)!! But they're really sweet. and they look like liquid topaz. (adapted from twilight <3)
Jane :D: If there's one thing about Jane you can't forget, it has to be her laughter. Its super addictive okay, and so funny, you cant stop trying to mimic her!! :DD Her laugh goes like this:
"AHAHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and then she throws her head back and laughs out loud. Yep, and we were in the same room as Jane one time (and then she laughed, and then her laughter continued. But this time, it wasnt by her, it was by Panda, aka the very naughty Chenyu. :P Well, i should give her a 9/10 cause it was actually quite good!
Dont ask me to do it, you'll probably give me a mere 0.5/10 haha. xD
Today's Min Ai's birthday yay! I LOVE BIRTHDAYS SO MUCH, ITS SO FUNN. my mum said I was actually induced, so my birthday might not have been 2nd September but I like this date anyway so thats good :D
Okay, Im gonna practise my piano now (: I like my teacher very much, she's a gazillion and one times better than my previous Indonesian American-trained teacher. Urgh, I hated her. She was so mean and i didn't like her one bit and I was very reluctant to attend classes but now im the total opposite! :) So that's kinda a relief. :D
Piano, here I come!
(though there's a higher chance Ill walk to the tv in the living room instead.)
:D

Im just typing whatever comes to my mind. :D
Okay Im talking to my senior now hehe. Its so fun talking to seniors you know, they bring you great joy! :D This senior im talking to now is Lidia, shes pretty, shes organised, shes caring, compassionate towards her juniors and very patient towards some very hyper juniors........ like me! :D heh heh. Ive decided to post now, because she told me her blog url and that kind of spurred me on to continue my blogging which is.... uhh dead.
Hmm I shall blog about seniors today! :)
These are a list of my sec 3 seniors I know: (i dont know 1/4 of them dont mind me)
1. Lidia Wong (my fav senior currently)
2. Michelle Ng (the very naughty one)
3. Attiya
4. Ashley
5. Zirei (very calm and composed, never seen her angry before :))
6. Alagu
7. Sandra ( nice and caring)
8. Cheryl
9. Jiahui (the angry bird xD)
yeah okay i love all my seniors! IM REALLY REALLY SAD THEY'RE GRADUATING NEXT YEAR! I mean they cant just abandon a little sec one like me! :( But, at least they're going to visit! (: That's what they promised, so they bettter keep to their word. I can't wait to go to RJC, you get to work with guys oohlala! kidding... But I cant wait to grow up, oh come on Im 13! Now i wish the time machine really exists, then ill be able to join them for JC.
However, that's not so good either. Because I wont have enough knowledge in my brain yet though so ill most probably fail all my exams in JC. Not good.
I just saw Lidia's blog, yeah and I totally agree with her. Throwing a little sec one on stage to perform is just plain mean. They don't realise how traumatising it can get for a 13-year-old to be on stage playing a solo in front of a whole crowd with their eyes staring at you like you're a prized possession or something. So poor Lidia :( Well at least she's good at playing the guitar, so I guess it was okay for her. No wrong notes or anything.
If it was me, (not that ill ever make it on stage alone) I would have screwed up everything, because my fingers just wont move. Performing in front of a small group is enough, what more a whole crowd of people! O:
Let me tell you something too.
Lets say this is a conversation between my friend and me.
"Hey Nicole, you take ballet right?"
"NOOOOO, why does everyone say I take ballet?"
"Cos you look like a ballerina! And you're so flexible!"
"WHAT?!?"
yeah even my seniors say that. Lidia says my posture is very straight and I can point my toes very well. Since when did I point my toes in guitar??? She also said, when you walk, its very clear that you take ballet or something like that. All you people out there, tell me honestly, HOW DO I LOOK LIKE WHEN I WALK?! okay, I can do a split, only the right one and only some other moves thats all.. I cant even do a bridge okay. hmph. .__________.
Okay so back to msning with her now. Going to sleep soon though i dont feel sleepy. Or should I stay up until 2am just like Lidia? (: Ill try my best but no guarantee. You'll probably find me sleeping on the table if you come at 1.30, 2. So anyway, bye bye and have a great rest everyone.
And guitar, SEE YOU SOOOOOOON <3 Im so sorry I cant make it for the practice on the 28th! :( See you'll doing orientation! :D (hehe)
Oyasuminasai! (:
